I live in the Highlands of Scotland and have worked in both Edinburgh and London law firms. I have academically exposed a fundamental flaw in the Woolf Report in law in England & Wales. The flaw is currently being replicated in the Directive on Mediation, so I am lobbying the Scottish Executive and Civil Justice Unit in Brussels to process the flaw as a "competition" model instead of "coercive regime" model. I have also done the practical to my thesis and taken two cases through the English & Welsh courts and was subjected to serious corruption and organised crime. One case in particular was most "revealing" and highlights high level corruption via a Professor Richard Susskind OBE ("Professor DisOBEdient") and others who is also the IT Adviser to the Lord Chief Justice and has a column in The Times. The case shows that he either perverted the course of justice, conspired and attempted to do so or he perjured himself. I would be interested to hear from people with ideas in the topic of jurisprudence and with the objective of making the UK / Europe / World a safe and just society to live in.

I source all images using www.google.com and Blogger is a google associated package.
I apologise if I have offended you, but I would like to continue to use your image and I anticipate you will appreciate that I use the image sincerely, and that my blog has a purpose not undissimilar to the objective and aims of your own website.
As google is free to use, and as you will appreciate, you can also access my blog content freely too, I anticipate that you accept that I do not detract from your site/image purpose, and that you in fact gain a benefit by association.
I am completely "neutral" in my stance, save where my personal court case is on display, due to severe injustice in the UK legal systems. I am also humanitarian in outlook, and my field of study in which I gained a Hons LLB degree was the subject of "Jurisprudence". As such, your image is wholly relevant to the topicality of my blog, which I am also collectively putting together as a blog book, which may or may not be published at some later date. In that instance, I would feel obliged to (a) seek your permission if your image was used in a published book under my name, and (b) source you as reference per se.
As google is currently free and with the specific intent that everyone can access the source material for free, I am not intending to seek your permission at this stage, as I presume (rightly or wrongly) that it is a given when posted on google "image". Moreover, you gain an immense benefit by association with my blog as a collective and specific reference to Justice and Jurisprudence as a field of study - the science and theory of human law.
I am grateful for having been able to locate your image, but unless you have some fundamental distain for the objectives that I promote or can show that you are damaged in someway by association with my blog, I can see no reason why you would wish me to remove your image from my blog.
