"I can appreciate that you were concerned at the postponement of the Bill relating to judicial independence particularly as you had contributed to the consultation. However, as I understand it, whilst the Bill was indeed postponed, it is expected that a draft Bill will be available in the coming period. The findings of the consultation to which you contributed will be considered as part of the process".
