Finally, this consultation process has produced a document to go before the Holyrood Parliament - I will scrutinise, lobby my MSPs, and sit in the Chamber to see its passage - but first I will have to actually read it - and I am hoping to see one word in there "equality" - nothing like stating the obvious to the judiciary/Executive/politicians!!!
