Positive 'NO' Discrimination - flip a coin and give everyone a 50:50 chance

INEQUALITY is something you do to yourself via your own subjectivity.

UNEQUAL is something others do to you via their own subjectivity or involvement with others.

Be OBJECTIVE - it facilitates EQUALITY

For example:

To not make a complaint when there is a complaints process; to not use the grevience procedures when there is a grevience, to not issue a writ when you have been abused, discriminated against, or the rule of law has not been applied, applied wrongly, or not at all. This makes people "inequal" in society. Failure to participate or being self-defeatest as to the outcome - helps no one, least of all yourself.

When the law provides for people to have a "duty" to act or omit to act (permission / prohibition) or an inability to "evade" or "avoid" knowledge (professionalism) and then fails to act responsibly in receipt of this power and if it further goes on having received power to promulgate abuse by failure of bodies who oversee professionalism to be accountable in some way, then that makes society "unequal".

So, if in doubt, empowerment occurs by telling someone else what is going on: google "whistleblowing" if needs must - you might find something of interest, like
(Click here). There is such a thing as the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998 (Click here). Or just pop in or telephone your local Citizen Advice Bureau.

Empowerment - at least tell someone anonymously
